Delivery policy

WHAT TYPES OF DELIVERY ARE POSSIBLE?

Our delivery methods for items sold and shipped by OFFSTAGE: 

Each order placed before 11:50 a.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, can be shipped the same day. After 11:50 a.m., the order will be prepared and shipped the next business day. 

During periods of new releases, restocking or possible promotions, preparation and shipping times may be slightly extended. We do everything we can to deliver to you as quickly as possible. 

If you order multiple products and a product is no longer available, we will contact you to evaluate available options, such as waiting for restocking, partial shipment, or a partial or full refund, whichever you choose.

The delivery times below are indicative average delivery times for items available at the time of ordering. 

For items not available or printed on demand, the delivery time is announced in the product sheet concerned.

WHAT ARE THE RETURNS POLICIES?

In order to make a return and your refund, we invite you to send us your request in writing to the email address serviceclient@offstage.fr , then to return your products to us within 1 month following the date of receipt. of your package to your delivery address. 

The return costs linked to the right of withdrawal are your responsibility. 

Upon receipt of the products and confirmation of their good condition, we will reimburse you, directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
